I'm a full-stack engineer on a Voice AI team, where I'm the technical owner of a React/TypeScript platform that linguists around the world use to review and score AI-generated voice audio. I also own its backend data sync and its migration to a GCP cloud architecture.

Before that I led internal tools and learning systems: shipping SwiftUI macOS apps used daily by large support teams and multilingual e-learning in four languages. I turn manual processes into production software, and I automate the boring parts so teams ship faster.

Outside of work I run a podcast, make music, design brands and build games. My M.S. in Cybersecurity means I think about how things break before they do.

The journey so far.

Software Engineer, Voice AI Team PRESENT

06/2026 – NOW

Apple · Roanoke, VA

Technical owner of a voice review platform: full-stack web app (React, TypeScript, MongoDB, Box API, GCP) where linguists upload, play, score and review AI voice audio across global locales.
Leading backend infrastructure: globally persistent audio sync on the Box API and the platform's migration to a GCP cloud architecture (MongoDB + object storage).
Restructured the product into four areas (Cultural Personas, User Research, Heat Map, Prompt Library), redesigning the information architecture and UI end to end.
Built a linguistic evaluation tool (React, TypeScript, Tailwind) for scoring speech-to-text, chat and text-to-speech quality, with conditional issue capture, CSV export and direct cloud upload, replacing a manual spreadsheet QA workflow.
Automate build and deployment workflows, cutting manual release overhead and speeding delivery.
Built internal tooling for customer-support teams: a searchable knowledge base and an interactive escalation guide with decision-tree workflows and call scripts.

Architected and shipped SwiftUI macOS apps: real-time dashboards, animation engines, training games and resource portals used daily across large support teams.
Engineered multilingual learning modules (EN · JP · KR · CN) as SCORM packages with HLS video, VTT captions and XML interactive components. Technical lead for SCORM debugging.
Built content pipelines that localized training across 4 languages, cutting delivery time and widening accessibility.
Designed icons, UI kits and app identities to Apple's Human Interface Guidelines; produced and captioned training video for global distribution.
